OUR CUISINE

We go back to our roots, to nature and to the mountains to create, with the help of local farmers and livestock breeders, concentrated stews, sauces with depth and light combinations. Always seasonal, slow-cooked and with a lot of patience.

The appetizers in the wine pairing are served with craft beer. The pairing passes (eight in the Montia menu and ten in the XL Montia menu) accompany the dishes and desserts. The full pairing also adds four wine passes with the interludes.

We like the unconventional, experimentation and surprise, which is why our cellar is nourished by cloudy, extreme, unfiltered and sulphite-free wines. With the pairing we create unique symbiosis, atmospheres of flavour that enhance and complete each dish.
